These terms govern your use of the SleepBase platform. By using SleepBase, you agree to these terms.

The service

SleepBase provides a practice management platform for sleep consultants, including intake management, AI-assisted assessment tools, protocol management, family logging, and reporting features.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SleepBase only for legitimate sleep consulting practice management. You will not use the platform to store or process information unrelated to your consulting practice, or in any way that violates applicable laws.

AI-assisted features

SleepBase's AI features generate draft content for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is shared with families or other parties. AI-generated assessments do not constitute medical or clinical advice.

Data and privacy

Your use of SleepBase is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SleepBase complies with any applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

Payment and cancellation

SleepBase is billed annually. You may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for unused months. The onboarding fee is non-refundable once the onboarding session has been delivered.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create on SleepBase. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology. Your branding and content remain yours at all times.

Limitation of liability

SleepBase is a practice management tool, not a medical device. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made using the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
